I have completed certificate III in individual support in 2019 from Melbourne and since then have worked in Various Aged care facilities looking after elderly residents doing both day and night shifts. I have worked with people from culturally and linguistically diverse background, people with various morbid conditions and disabilities and with mental health issues for past 3 years. I also have completed my medication training and competent to administer medication. I thus have worked and assisted medical and care team. I can very well understand and co-relate people from different background. Beside, I have experience working as a General Practitioner (GP) in hospitals and clinics in the past in Nepal, Maldives and China.I have also worked as Public Health Officer in Australia for 2 years. Hence, I am very much suited for the role as a Social Carer.^& ^&I will utilize my skill to assist clients with Medication by helping the client to take medication as prescribed by the doctor in correct dose, route, time and frequency.^&
