About

Since I started my work experience, I have always been linked with people. I worked for twelve years in the manufacturing industry in my country, always linked to processes of training, motivation, welfare and safety of workers, since then I considered that people are the most valuable asset and must be cared for, strengthened and provided with the best conditions for good performance. Since I became a migrant, I have been developing different skills that have allowed me to create new relationships, I have linked myself with the community by teaching the things I love. Human beings are social by nature, they need to feel understood, supported and above all linked to the community and I think I find myself being part of this.^& ^&As part of the teaching work I am doing with the Mulgrave Community, I have designed my teaching programs for two hours or a term, and I will be able to adjust them to the needs of the people who require them. Each person develops learning levels in a particular way, and I can recognize it and provide the best method that allows the student to achieve the objective. ^&
