I have always wanted to go into social work as a career because I feel the field offers many opportunities to advance in different areas. Having the ability to continue my education, specialise in this industry and apply the skills I developed in my experience drives me to achieve more in my career. I hope to continue my development as a social worker here, and I'm excited to be able to contribute my skills to achieve positive outcomes.^& ^&From the Be The Change movement, i gained valuable experience and life lessons such as being able to see different perspectives and appreciating hard work. As a peer support leader in this group, I was aiding other students to complete tasks. Aiding younger students and guiding them in many aspects of university including coping strategies for work and university, problem solving and interacting and meeting new friends to expand social networks.^&
