I care as I have a family member with the same needs so I know what it takes to be one.^& ^&Caring and understanding. Had an a small problem where one my clients had anxiety issues and would attack himself due to over thinking, when that would happen I would try and get him away from the thoughts and help be in a mind frame where he thinks something else. My job as a support worker was to make sure he has that support when he needs it and making notes re such things helped him personal to grow as well^&
