I am a helping nature’s person with kind heart. I am a very understandable person, I always trying to feel other’s problems and trying to solve it with softness. ^& ^&To explain anything someone in the community first I will know his or her interest than I can explain my experience which is very closer to persons interest in very easy and common way to understand. For example you are a HR person and every day you have to deal with different attitude people, some are nice and sometimes some are not nice. I have the similar situation during my education consultant job, three boys where naughty and a little aggressive I became friendly and helpful like their friends and I said to them hey,mights I am working her but passed through your problems too and do understand your anger, you guys are right to do this what you are doing but o can do better for you and would love to solve your problems now, just sit down with me and one by one tell me your problems I will definitely help you to solve your problems. They sit down with me and one by one told me their problems. I I listened very carefully and calmly in friendly manner and I I write it down in the notebook in front of them. I gave them surety that I will ask to the HR department officer to kindly have a look and solve it if it is possible,so you guys go now and contact me at my phone number. I gave them my business card and the boys gone with happy and satisfied mode.
