I have a people person i always put everyone before myself , i love working with new people and having a new challenge everyday . I have always loved working with people who need it the most all the life , I'm super caring, fun , easy - going and i will always be there whenever you need. I have multiple years in different areas from young primary school disability kids to elderly. I have always lived in Australia , so i have fluent English . I am a person who is wanting to grow and learn new skills , I want others to show me there passions/ hobbies in the world so the can branch out to learn something new because i always love learning something new that i have never tried before. I want everyone i work with /meet that i will always be by there side and they can talk to me so they don't feel alone in this world as i know what that is like not having anyone you can express how you are feeling , i have open arms and i wont bite . I can't wait to meet who is around the corner ^& ^&I would organize activities and ask the client before anything happens to make sure they are okay with doing a certain hobbies before anything happens , if i have the green light i would research to have a look how to make it fun for both the client and myself. If my client has never done something before i would explain to them by showing photos or information sheet on what it incudes. Organizing i would make a list and tell them what is going on for the day making sure they understand or somewhat know what is going to occur for the day .^&
