I enjoy interacting with people and helping out whenever needed to. I have experience dealing with customer service, specifically helping the aged in resolving technology related queries. My job was a customer service representative with mobile network service provider. I handled calls from clients and helped them solve their queries. This developed my empathy and listening skills. I learnt to patiently listen with the intent to understand and thereafter apply the information to come up with a solution. I have also worked as a Salesperson for a tech company. On this role, I helped walk in clients set up their gadgets after purchase. My passion to help others derive from my upbringing in a closely knitted community. I always had a helping hand when I needed one and I grew up knowing to always help the vulnerable in society.^& ^&Through assisting the aged or disabled in society with undertaking their daily life chores. Since I am physically fit, I will also help in cleaning, mobility, and physical exercise . I will also share my skills and knowledge with the children and teenagers in mentoring programmes when available.^&
