I am passionate about working with people and assisting them with reaching their goals. I have spent my life living with a family member with an intellectual disability and autism in which I assisted with supporting in areas of companionship, social outings, domestic duties and many more. I also lived with my elderly family member to support her with transportation, domestic duties and provide companionship. I have worked in therapeutic residential care and as an educational ambassador. I am people oriented and enjoy making positive memories with other people. ^& ^&I am people oriented. I always prioritise listening to the other persons needs in an effort to plan an activity or need they require to be met. It’s very important I do this when supporting someone because it gives them the freedom to control their decision . I am here to support them with achieving that goal.^&
