I am highly motivated and progress-focused Disability Support worker with a long -standing background in this industry. With a track record of initiative and dependability, I have devised strategic initiatives which I believe will prove valuable to Monash Health. Throughout my career, I have perfected my care and support to the clients with disabilities. I am a capable and consistent problem-solver skilled at prioritizing and helping the clients to become more independent with proficiency. In my previous role, I contributed communication, collaboration and planning mental wellness programs toward team efforts and networking. I am progressive minded and in tune with new developments in the field. I have proven to be effective and collaborative with hardworking, time cautious and commitment. I enjoy collective brainstorming sessions which all me to coordinate activities to achieve a common goal. ^& ^&I love fashion and design. Taking good pictures and dressing people during modelling events. A few months ago, I met a girl while working in the healthcare industry who loved modelling and she was not sure about the kind of clothes she was going to wear during the school cultural and fashion event. I assisted her to do tutorials of cat walking and also, i helped her to choose the appropriate clothing for the event. Her parents were really happy and, on my side, I felt joy helping her.^&
