For the last 10 years plus l have been working with people ranging from kindergarten with children with special needs all the way to the elderly in their own homes or aged care facilities. I love this career choice it’s so rewarding and challenging at the same time. The diversity and individualism makes it more engaging and improves your skills and broadens your knowledge and experience. Personally l have a big heart and very caring maybe because am the eldest in a family of 7 children!^& ^&I love to teach and be taught new skills any chance l get! I would teach someone a skill by showing them for example how to use public transport independentl. I would walk them through the steps of how to purchase a myki card how to top up, which bus/ train to catch and then practice with them a few times till they a confident on their own.^&
