I've worked in the disability industry for more than 2years now and I've worked with different kind of clients and one thing came in my mind is disability is not inability so I as a support worker I'm there to provide support and help the participants to become independent and do most of the things and I as a support worker I'm able to provide care both emotionally and physically. ^& ^&By knowing their likes and dislikes b doing so it will enable me to provide the support. ^&
