I have a passion for social work and mental health as it is practical and diverse. I am interested in this this field as I enjoy providing direct hands-on-assistance to participants, helping them with everyday activities and fostering their independence. I have previous experience in personal care, caregiving and providing community access to friends and family who need the extra help. I want to boost my skills which I already have such as people skills, listening and empathy while learning theories and furthering my knowledge by applying theories to practice as I am so passionate about social work from its theories to practice. ^& ^&I love to give back to the community and share my hobbies and skills with others whilst developing friendships at the same time.^&
