I have spent lots of time engaging with young people in order to achieve the plan changes stated by the organization. I have experience working with young people from different cultures for almost three and half years. As a cultural support worker, I had to follow the action plan laid out by the organization to work with a high-risk client who was struggling to cope with a new environment and start living independently I have sufficient skill and experience in working with young people through my current residential care worker. I am ready to assist clients in learning and following domestic duties. Engaging with group activities and group learning when it comes to teaching skills. I encourage and assist to carry out their own task.^& ^&I have great verbal and written communication skills. I can share my skill by playing or showing physically or by writing notes for clients, and have regular supervision with my clients, and work colleagues, including my Team Leader to share my experiences.^&
