I am currently employed as a Education support officer at Heritage college, I am responsible for supporting grade 9 students during their studies ; providing academic support, assisting with PE, and assisting teachers with the delivery of class activities. I work at NDIS for a year and 4 months. .And during that time, I provided good customer service, problem solving, clear communication, friendly attitude, empathy and strong patient skill.. For example, while working at Serco(NDIS), I gained a deep understanding for all of my job duties as a customer service officer to perform efficiently and diligently as possible.And with this dedication,it made me feel proud of myself ^& ^&i like to do meditation and yoga. both are very useful for calming down the mind in a busy day. as well as I am participating in singing classes. it makes happy and makes my mind relaxed. When working as a customer service officer at NDIS, I used to advise my clients with my experience. ^&
