I believe I would make a great Social Carer because I love people. I love working with them, supporting them, helping them, talking with them and even just listening to them. I love that each person has something so special and unique about them that makes them different from everyone else. Growing up in quite a large family orientated family, this has allowed me to develop general skills that I believe makes me a great Social Carer. It has allowed me to grow into someone who is compassionate, kind, loving and understanding of everyone around me. Being able to have this opportunity allows me to work with people who I can support, listen to, care for, help and teach certain things to. Whether that may be helping them cook, clean, teaching them how to iron, do the dishes, knowing that I can make a change in some ones life even if its something so small for me, it can be life changing for them. Having had a rough time myself, having someone there to support you, even through the little things can really change someone's life and being able to be that person would put nothing but a smile on my face.^& ^&One of my hobbies would be going for walks. Going for walks would allow me to spend one on one time with someone in the community and provide me with the opportunity to really get to know them and listen to them. It also gives them the opportunity to get out a little more and really see the outside world and how wonderful it can be. ^&
