I love working with people! I have a large family, so I have had a lot of experience in lots of areas and especially love cooking and taking care of people. I have been in Australia for more than 10 years, and my first career was in aged care as a Direct Care worker and Disability support for more than 6 years managing lots of clients with different needs with Mental health problems and Disability complex issues has opened my heart up. I know that everyone has a story and am interested to listen without judgment also confidential as per my duty of care towards others, also my values. and meet and connect with different people.^& ^&Building a rapport and relationship is very important in order to understand client needs and we can share common skills and hobbies then^&
