About
I’m a people person! I love working with, growing with and getting to know people from all walks of life. I undertook a Cert IV in Youth Work in 2019, and while I didn’t quite complete it I still aspire to work within the social work sector one day. I am due to begin university this October, with plans to enter into a Bachelor of Social Work upon completion of a bridging course. As a young teen I struggled with mental health issues and found myself needing the assistance of case and support workers more than once. On top of feeling as though support work of some description is my calling, the help I received has well and truly inspired me to act on this ambition.^& ^&I love music, and always love to have a jam. Playing and creating music with people gives you the ability to create the most amazing bonds. I also enjoy playing and teaching various sports, in particular netball! I’m an avid fan; I’ve coached junior teams and I still love to play and share my skills with other budding players! ^&
