I am a great listener and solve problems with kindness and empathy. I come from a large family and always the one they all turn too with their problems as they know I will lend a hand and try and give the best of advice. Helping others brings me joy, I am open minded - easy going and love to give. ^& ^&I share my skills each day as assistant manager in retail, by communicating with customers of all walks of life. I love this part of the job- speaking to people - listening to their needs and taking them on the journey they intended by coming into the store. I feel My skills are not used to their absolute strengths currently and that I have so much more to give to the community. I have coached netball groups in the past and naturally coach people inadvertently through my advice. ^&
