Hi my name is Kathryn, I am a 23 years old Greek Australian. I work as an Intake Coordinator and BSP assistant at a NDIS agency. I am a diligent and qualified disability support worker of 2 years. My clients range from young adults with autism, developmental delay to middle aged individuals with bipolar, epilepsy and cerebral palsy. I am caring, well organised and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills. I have a strong cultural and religious background as Greek orthodox and being involved in the youth committee and have worked with clients and families of the same ethnicity as it may appealing to some. I like to support clients to live as independently by implementing effective programmes to help develop skills and abilities that allow them to participate in their local community. Would love for you to reach out if interested. Thank you:)^& ^&It's important to find common ground with a person and get them interested and excited about your hobby the way you are about it. For example my hobby is art yet art can take many forms, so once I gage the person and their personality I can introduce an art style that might be appealing to them. Art goes from realistic to abstract and from pencil to paint. It is what ever you want it to be and there are no mistakes. ^&
