There was 11 years rebel war in my country Sierra Leone, and I flew to Ghana as refugee with my wife and four children for eight years living in refugee camp called Krisan camp. In 2005 Australian government grant us refugee status and we moved to Launceston, Tasmania, Australia and lived there for four years. Later 2008 I moved to Melbourne in searched for Job and I found the most interesting job working with people with disabilities in 2010. I love working with people, and have a community base training where a child is raised by the whole community. In my community we accommodates everyone as family not even friends but family, therefore we are all equal and treated each other with respect. I am kin to pass on my experiences from the community base training I acquired to others. I have 13years experience working with people with disability in Australia. I have certificate 1V in disability and diploma in photography. I loved taking photos especially wide life, adventure, and travelling. I do have multiples experiences and skills in dealing with elderly people, people from different cultural backgrounds, and find a common ground in sharing my hobbies without offending anyone. Understand the individual support plans and their interests must be priority in all their tasks, before getting them involuted in new tasks.
