Since I was little, I wanted to go in the field where I can help them. I was keep looking that where to start from and finally I found out that disability will be my first step to start with. When I see people with disability that in our community there are ignored and people don't treat them as a normal people and that makes me really sad. So I have decided to work in this industry and help them to achieve their goals, connect with family and friends and other activities where they feel that they are also part of this community. ^& ^&I am a good listener. So if I talk about this then currently I am working with one of my participant and he has really good bonding with me. Whenever he wants to share any experience or feedback he only waits for me to come and only share with me as he knows that I always listen him first calmly without arguing or making straight decision. I believe this skill makes good rapport between the participant and worker to improve their ability and needs.^&
