I absolutely love working with new people and helping them grow to the best of their potential. My mum did foster care growing up and I was always grateful that I got to meet new kids and help shape them as they grew up. I am 29 years old, I have one beautiful daughter who is 6 years old and I am married. I have worked in finance for over 10+ years and management for over 3 years. I am great in stressful situations and great at solving problems. I am after a career change, I have been wanting to work as a support work for years and I’m finally taking the leap and applying. ^& ^&I would listen to the client and see what interests them first. Then I would work with that to make a plan for the day! Do they like reading? Awesome! Let’s go the bookstore and have a coffee. You love nature? Great, let’s do a nature walk or go to a lookout. ^&
