I will have a strong interpersonal and people management skills and be happy to provide care to the clients (residents), as well as identify, train and develop care teams. I am a solution focused person, I will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure care and support of customers are met. I do have a previous experience in an aged care SRS (Supported Residential Service) and knowledge of the NDIS.^& ^&I do have conversation skills and this skills are crucial when we are building a relationships. Listening to the people and engaging with what they've said is an important skill that conveys politeness and strengthens emotional bonds. For children, conversation skills help them to gain confidence and sustain friendships.^&
