I love to have fun and take care of people. I am grateful for the life I have been given since being adopted from Thailand, and growing up in Australia. My adopted parents have inspired me to be a good hearted and well rounded person. They have taught me how to cook, by letting me cook weekly dinners that helped out my Mum while she worked late. I grew up on a farm so I learnt how to help out with daily chores such as, weeding in the garden, stacking chopped wood for the winter, as well as daily house cleaning. I have an abundance of life skills even though I lack in academic qualifications. I want to be able to connect with all types of people, and teach them the basic life skills that have taught me to be an independent, strong minded and a compassionate person.^& ^&I will teach them how to make the bed. A hands on approach of teaching people is an effective way for people to learn. By learning to put the mattress cover on, then the sheet, followed by the doona and putting the pillow covers on they will have learnt to work as a team and will have gained self-gratification on accomplishing a daily task. Also I will follow it up with repeating this everyday that way they will have this skill for the long term. A simple daily task like this creates good habits.^&
