I’m from a big family that learnt how to care and love one another from a young age, that later grew into more of a career related passion when I watched my mum care for people as a disability support worker. She inspired me and opened up my eyes to how special and fulfilling it is to make a positive difference in others lives. I believe I am a compassionate, friendly and an easy going person that is willing to listen, guide and support as best I can. I am extremely motivated and would love an opportunity to be able to connect and help different people on a whole new level. I feel as if a career like this is what I was born for.^& ^&I have many skills and hobbies I’d love to share with others. What skills I’d share would depend on the other persons interests too. I feel as if hands on learning is a really good way to help someone understand. Going out and physically teaching and showing helps by building trust between me and the other person and also giving them confidence to realise they are able to do it. Practicing and communicating as much as we can to ensure they are comfortable. ^&
