Having the desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives and provide support to those in need Is what motivated me to want to become a social carer so that I am able to help others, improve their well-being and advocating for their needs. To be a good social carer i understand that one need to possess certain qualities like empathy, patience, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to helping others are essential. I believe i possess the qualities and also believe that i can be a good fit for this role. As a social carer, my passion for making a positive impact on people's lives drives me. I am deeply committed to providing support and improving the well-being of those in need. My empathy allows me to understand and share the feelings of others, while my patience helps me navigate challenging situations with calm and compassion. My communication skills enable me to effectively advocate for my clients and ensure their needs are met. The passion for helping those in need was first inspired by my late grandmother whom i use to look after and provide care for her.
