With over 14 years of professional experience, my career began as a home care worker, providing client support with personal care tasks such as showering, dressing, meal preparation, and respite care. This role nurtured a profound empathy in me and a dedication to enhancing the lives of others. Subsequently, I transitioned to a day service for adults with disabilities, where I actively designed and implemented customized programs to promote community engagement and independence, as well as activities to improve daily living skills. Motivated by a passion to empower individuals to achieve their utmost potential, I founded my own business, offering personalized support in clients' homes and within the community. I take pleasure in cooking and love discovering new recipes to try. Additionally, I enjoy watching football (I'm a Richmond fan) and basketball, which all my children play. I also like going out for coffee and chatting with friends. As a mother of five boys and the president of a local basketball club, I have developed exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills through balancing family responsibilities with community leadership roles.
