I never had an experience working as a social carer. But i has experience working as a nursing aide back in my country. In Australia, I help my aunty with asylum seeker group. I guess helping other is a rewarding for your purpose to be on earth something that cannot be bought by money. ^& ^&My previous job in a construction, I am dealing a lot of new student adjusting themselves to a new environment. Not only work but life. Not many can speak English and many doesn't want to give them a chance and not many willing to understand how their world revolve around them. Same when I am doing volunteer work with my aunty ( for asylum seeker at Migrant Hub ). Settle down in a new places sometimes a lot of stress . What I have learned in this ,is hear them, connect them to what they needed and most of the time, after that they are able to walk on their own and forget about you :) ^&
