I am drawn to becoming social carer for a variety of meaningful reasons. These include a desire to make a positive impact on others’ lives, a passion for helping those in need, and a personal connection to individuals with disabilities. Moreover, I am empathetic and compassionate person. I love the fulfilment that comes from building strong, supportive relationships and empowering people to live their fullest lives. I’m passionate about helping others, especially in the disability sector, because I find it rewarding to support individuals in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life. I have strong communication skills, which help me connect with people from different backgrounds. I’m also skilled in problem-solving, which I apply when navigating challenges with clients, and I have a good understanding of conditions like ADHD and schizophrenia from my experience working with people in this field. I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, as they help me stay balanced and energized. I was born in India and have masters in business. I worked in a bank as a manger for more than a year. I moved to Australia and I opted this profession because of I didn’t want to have a desk job. I am an outgoing person, I love to meet people and have a desire to make a positive impact on others’ lives, a passion for helping those in need, or a personal connection to individuals with disabilities.
