My strong sense of empathy and compassion for other people, especially those who have difficulties, is what drives me to pursue a career as a social worker. My great interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience make me an excellent fit for this position. I am dedicated to changing people's lives for the better because I sincerely care about their well-being. I also have excellent communication and listening skills, which are critical for recognising and meeting the needs of those in need of social care. Some of my interests include travelling to new places and learning about their cultures, reading a lot of literature, and supporting environmentally sustainable practices. I like having in depth conversations about any topic with others and helping to improve the community around me. I've developed my communication, problem solving, and flexibility abilities through a variety of professional and academic endeavours. About myself: I'm an immigrant with a background in the finance and property development. I've also gained valuable experience through volunteering role for Nasle Baba Foundation, where I've had the opportunity to participate in setting up workshops and spreading awareness of certain activities and news happening overseas regarding refugee supports and crises and raising donation and funding to support those in need. Personality-wise, I'm known for being empathetic and detail oriented. I thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with others to achieve common goals. Additionally, I'm highly organized and thrive under pressure, which enables me to effectively manage deadlines and deliver results. As for my skills, I'm multilingual, fluent in Persian and Dari I'm also a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
