With an interest in arts and recreation i am motivated by seeing those around me excel and make progress within a team environment as a support worker I strive to provide the best support towards individuals in bettering their quality of life by delivering care plans and assistance based on requirements to encourage promotion of development and maintain effective client relationships with experience within community organizations, I act with integrity with the best interest of the client while still ensuring an effective delivery of support.^& ^&I will share my skills or hobbies with someone in the community by getting involved in activities and doing a skill swap/ get involved in others hobbies and in return introduce them to my hobbies.^&
