I have developed an interest in understanding and learning about people and am passionate about helping others. I have learnt through my current psychology studies and life experiences how important human connection, belonging and community are and would love to help others with these experiences. I am an accepting and open minded person, so I'm willing to try and learn new things. I have a lot of experience working with a diverse range of people. I enjoy reading, cooking, music, gardening and most physical activity. I also enjoy yoga, meditation and general wellness activities. I'm currently learning Spanish (very beginner level) and have an interest in languages and culture. I generally am a people person and love a chat & to listen to others. Would love to help out anyway I can :)
