I have a caring nature. I have worked in a Nursing home and also a home care support for 3years. ^& ^&After learning of knowing the client and the people involved, I’d be able to talk to them and share my experiences and things we have in common. They should be able to feel that you can be trusted and also you have to respect their views and opinions and especially their culture. ^&
