I believe am empathic and compassionate. Moat of my frie ds turn to me when they are down or have issues. I also believe that I am a great listener. Another of people just need to feel heard, they sometimes are not looking for advice or a solution. ^& ^&I love exercise and fitness. I believe performing these activities on a regular basis truly helps with your mental well-being. Especially when it is done with another person. Help with social connection and feelings of belonging. I love to listen, I believe alot of people just need to feel heard without judgement or advice. These two things I believe plays a big part in minimising depression and helplessness to a certain extent. ^&
