I would like to apply for the position of a Support Worker. I have always enjoyed spending time with older people and would love the opportunity to provide service to some of the most vulnerable people in our community. I care deeply about our elders and making sure that they are not ignored, are respected, and involved in their own decision making. ^& ^&Firstly, I would ask them if they would be interested to share or learn a new skill. If they were interested, I would try to make it light and fun. ^&
