I wanted to become a carer because i have always had a passion for helping people. I started my carer carrer at 17 in aged care! I believe i have a very caring and compassionate personality so ive found it very easy to put smiles on everyone's face that i have cared for. Some of my passion's are in general being active at the gym. Running around with my kids and i also playing for bentleigh demons football club for the senior womens team. I have great organisation skills, i have great time managment and find things to do to fill in time. I am a highly dependable, driven and passionate person with a great work ethic. I have great communication skills both written and verbal, I am a fast and eager learner and follow instructions well. I excel with working independently and thrive when working within a group and team environments. In the past I took on various roles where my fellow team members regularly looked to me for assistance. I am a trustworthy and reliable worker and I aim to complete all tasks efficiently and effectively, with high attention to detail with everything I do. I intend to go above and beyond for every person I work for and ensure that everyone I work with feels valued.
