Hi! My name is Tamara, I'm 38 years old and I would love to be your support person. I want to be that person you can turn to for assistance, a chat, a laugh and a bit of cheekiness. Having been a teacher for many years, I enjoy teaching people new things and watching them achieve their goals. I have experience looking after others and am understanding of others needs and wants. Being a social carer offers me the opportunity to do something different and use my skills and abilities to help other people. I would love to help others by sharing my love of board games, cooking, art and craft, shopping, reading, going on adventures and discovering new and fun things to do. I enjoy sharing food and having some laughs along the way. I enjoy getting to know people and hear their stories and am always willing to lend that helping hand. I'm sure you will teach me alot as well and I can't wait! I have travelled and find it to be one of the best things in life. Being of a Maltese background, I have travelled there several times including many other parts of Europe and various places around Australia. Telling and listening to travel stories always brings back great memories. I am organised, caring and considerate and love nothing more than having a laugh and living life to the full!
