What makes me a great social/ support worker is that I’m compassionate, caring and I know when to step up and back. My first cousin who’s also my best friend has a disability and he’s taught me a lot. I make sure I go above and beyond to make my clients happy and treat them like a good friend and not let them think they’re any less than me or anybody else. I’m a very trustworthy person with great patient sense of humour.^& ^&Going for walks near the beach/lake or nature with them to make them feel the peace I feel when I do those activities.^&
