I hold over 15 years of personal experience within my family that have autism spectrum disorders, complex needs, obsessive-compulsive disorder, asperges and FND (functional neurological disorder). I have worked with 3 care companies where my duties included working with participants that are in Palliative care as well as participants with disabilities such as - Muscular Dystrophy, participants both young and elderly with complex needs and support plans. I hold experience with participants that are vision impaired and high-level non-verbal ASD. I hold experience in awake night shifts (shifts around the clock), community participation, working in SIL/SDA homes, 2:1 & 1:1 ratio care, personal care, knowledge with diabetes, dementia specific care, progress notes.^& ^&By engaging the participant in the activity/hobbie and making it fun but also not overwhelming so they can enjoy learning new things. ^&
