Hi, my name is Carleigh, I am a well- rounded, fun-loving individual with a strong passion for holistic health and wellness. My physical fitness and can-do attitude enable me to complete any task at hand, and my ability to easily form connections with people makes spending time with me a lot of fun! After struggling with my own mental health and well-being for the first 20 years of my life, I am dedicating the rest of my life to helping ensure that others can live the fullest lives possible! I am a nature and adventure lover, as well as a yoga teacher, and I sing and play the ukulele. I love to take people on mild adventures such as easy hikes, guide gentle yoga/ stretching/ meditation sessions, and I am always happy to play a song! What is a quote that inspires you?
