I love working and supporting people with diff needs and assistance. I used to lookafter my father in law who suffers from dementia and which motivated me to join this industry. I love what I do and I want to help people with achieving their daily or long term goals. I am working in this industry for a year now and I have gained good experience working with diff clients with diff needs, either it's mental health or personal care or community participation etc. ^& ^&If a client is interested in sports I can look up what sporting events are happening in nearby areas and if they have facilities to accommodate the client Needs. Or if Clinet is religious can found out what sort of religious things happening according to client requirements and took client. ^&
