About
I have been working in Administration and Customer Service from past 5.5 years but I am active member of community who work for people with their needs like Cancer Council Foundation, RBWH Foundation and work for local sports clubs. That's how I develop my interest towards community works and I made decision to do more towards our society and successfully completed my Certificate III in Ageing and Disability Services and enrolled myself for further studies i.e., Diploma in Community Services. I have completed my 1 month field placement where a assist residents with their special needs and special behaviour, it was great experience where I have learnt more about elderly people. ^& ^&As I mentioned above I have been working in Customer Service which helps me to improve my listening skills and impromptu decision making and if I get a job then I'll bring my knowledge and skills which helps me to understand and handle any situation before any damage happen. ^&
