Over the years I attended a number of courses offered by TAFE which included cert4 community services work, cert4 youth services work, cert3 aged care worker, Alcohol and drug support worker, suicide prevention work through counselling. I also have aging parents 91 and 85.As a close family my siblings and myself care for them in their own home.I have in my younger age suffered my own personal problems including drug addiction, relationship breakdowns, and trouble with the law.Having found myself on the fringe and outcast from friends and close relatives, searched out all and any services to help me thru difficult times. I am very aware of what happens to one self thru being isolated and introverted. ^& ^&Someone who may be living in a somewhat introverted or isolated way or feels that there isn't much to do within that area he /she resides in, has no idea of what might exist in the way of activities to participate in, within a group setting or to individually access different organizations and places that may offer that person an activity to complete or to participate in etc.Obviously to find out what he/she is in will be a definite plus as there's always to add or do within the garden ie put together some garden boxes and add some herbs and fast growing greens to keep them interested etc just to name a couple of ideas. ^&
