I have worked as a Support Worker for the past 4 years assisting people with varying requirements. I love improving the lives of those I support through personalising support and care as well as skill development and empowerment. I remain calm in all situations and am consistently aware of my surroundings whilst assisting Members. I have a great sense of humour and am willing to learn or be involved in almost anything a Member would like me to be involved with. I am looking forward to working with kind and mutually respectful members who do not take advantage of the NDIS. I have a positive and encouraging attitude with a track record of consistency and reliability. Some prior skills include Bookkeeping, Diploma of Business Administration and Diploma of Management. I love undertaking training personalised to Members to build extraordinary bonds together. Travel is a big passion of mine and I love meeting people from all walks of life. I really enjoy navigating peoples sense of humour and in general making a positive impact on the lives of those I support.
