After 20 successful years in the pharmaceutical sales industry , I have always felt a strong desire to transisiton into the aged care / disability sector. My career has skilled me with a robust skill set that enables me to be an effective communicator, great listener and above all possessing a natural affinity to foster strong connections with people and respect there unique perspectives and emotions. I am very eager to leverage these skills to provide compassionate care to those whom need it most.^& ^&Hobbies I love the outdoors and using nature as grounding and creating a positive mindset for my client. Being attentive to there needs and coaching them through what ever road block the day may present and bring present understanding and empathetic.^&
