In my experience at the Salvation Army Detox Unit Mount Tamborine, I was promoted to Case Manger at a time the Participants were running wild the Nurses were very scared working there. I ask the head Major to allow me to Introduce some programmes and structures into the medical unit. It only took two weeks and we saw a big change in Participants behaviour. Nurses were happy because they could love the clients instead of been afraid.^& ^&Not I feel my current skills and transferable skills would be an asset to your organisation. I am a loyal and hardworking person who takes pride in my ability to provide great customer service, work as part of a team and assist to achieve work tasks. its something I need to share^&
