Firstly I have had experience in the area previously and absolutely loved it! My experience was being a teacher aide/guider at a all boys college in New Zealand Tauranga Boys. This included such things as one on one school work, physical activities such as walking, swimming, gym workout or kicking a ball etc with a kid I would hang out with more frequently. I would also take group sessions doing simular activities like swimming, gym workout and group games on a field or indoor court. I was born in New Zealand, grew up there until I was 12 then moved to Australia. when I was 17 I decided to head back to New Zealand to finish school and play rugby there. I have moved around a few bit since leaving school with rugby commitments and never struggled to meet new people and fit into any environment. Im always very in tune when talking and listening to people about anything small or very peronsal and will always do my very best of help people when needed without any judgement.^& ^&I would slowly ease them into the basics of it then over time increase the load of skill level while at the same time teach them the knowledge about how and why you do it in that way.^&
