I embellish the opportunity to help and support those in the community who need it most - I come from a background of working with some of our most vulnerable individuals in the community to help them find meaningful employment opportunities, indentifying potential barriers helping them overcome these barriers that may have stopped them from finding work in the past so on the past, this line of work has really opened my eyes to the need for genuinely caring people, to make themselves available to provide support to those who need it most in our communities not just in terms of employment but day to day life - being able to being apart of people life's and thier stories is a huge privilege and I would love nothing more to spend my working life helping people lead fulfilling lives, doing so to the best of my ability. ^& ^&Mentoring/couching skills: Working in the disability Employment Services industry has allowed me to provide one on one mentoring and couching support from formulating basic plans in managing anxieties on a daily basis in relation to the work place, cater support on an individual level, build interview skills and communication skills in preparation for interviews and even build confidence through working together and achieving client goals.^&
