I grew up in Africa where I was surrounded by people who helped each other to get through and achieve a common goal which was to survive and stay alive. Compassion and empathy fuels my drive to always help and contribute my quota in my community. However, As a social carer my motto is the application of a person centred approach, which is to always put my client in the Centre of decisions and having dictate how they would love to lie their lives. I’m adventurous and bombarded with ideas on how to take a care plan to the next level. ^& ^&First by listening and igniting conversations where I can chip in my ideas/hobbies as a suggestion.
