Initially I have the experiences working in aged care, when I learned a lot how to look after the elderly in their ADL, hygiene, and preparing relevant documents. Besides, I have ever been working as a Uber/Didi driver for four years with a high review scores for delivering good client-centered service and driving safely. I also accumulated adequate experiences dealing with abrupt incidents and arised concerns during the period. Futhermore, I am an integrated man with history of blowing whistle when eyesight with darkness in the caring industry to protect the disadvantagers. What's more that would fit me for this role is that I am a man with curiousity and willing to learn the fresh things. My personality is open-minded and delighted to communicate with others actively. My habit of reading equips me with aboundant knowledges to know people's psychology well, aiding me to get along well with them. Take reading as example, intially I shall identify who are the reading fans while category them into varied groups in terms of their precise and individual habits of reading. After deep-insight into the reader by chatting and even questionaires, I will analysing the tendency and appetite of the reader by drawing a psychological map in terms of their interior desire. Then I would search and recommand the revelant books based on the reader's interests. Aparting from that, I would involve the reader in community into group activities towards reading like sharing the feedback, providing specialists view and encouraging to digging out more clues in the book. Trying to improve the participation of the reader and strengthen their interests in further reading, to ensure a positive cycle for the reading.
